比如”一伙“，普通话将它与名词”人“组合时，常常含有贬义，在普通话里”一伙“不能与动物名词组合，而在吉水方言中，”一伙“可以与动物名词组合，比如”一伙鸡“、”一伙鸭“。也可以与”人“结合，比如”一伙人“，”一伙打鱼个“（意即”一伙打鱼的人“）。

在普通话里，词在组成句子时，通常的词序是：（定）主－（状）谓－（定）宾－（补，或者是（定）主－（状）谓－补－（定）宾。吉水方言里有一些不同的格式。http://www.heybrain.com/notheal
